The new founded company gets registred in the public traderegister as Wagner + Grimm, electromechanical workshop.

Oskar Grimm joins the company.

Start with the construction on the 5062 m² property in Malters LU.

Moving from Zug to Malters.

Conversion of the single company to private limited company Wagner + Grimm AG.

Oskar Grimm leaves the company. Ernst Reichel takes the commercial management over as well as 50% of the stock.

Kurt Wagner leaves the company. Armin Wagner takes the technical management over as well as 50% of the stock.

An additional production building is built with 2 x 900 m². 

1994

Wagner + Grimm AG is certified according to ISO 9001.

Marcel Wagner takes the technical management over and Bernhard Burri the commercial management.

Marcel Wagner and Bernhard Burri become the owners of Wagner + Grimm AG. Both hold 50% of the shares.

Takeover of Lapp-Transformers of Lapp Textima AG in Hittnau ZH.

Wagner + Grimm AG achieves the certificate ISO 13485:2003 and is now able to produce medical devices.

The owners Marcel Wagner and Bernhard Burri decide to support the rising market of the new business units with the necessary infrastructure by an additional building of 900 m².

The two owners of Wagner + Grimm Ltd. participate on the following companies: 

- Thermocarb Ltd.

- Fostag Ltd.

A new company is formed out of the strategical business units Kamate, DXXL and imPuls. HumanTec Swiss Ltd. is founded by a 50% share holding of Bernhard Burri and Marcel Wagner. The core business of HumanTec Swiss Ltd. is the development, production and sale of Lifestyle- and Medical products.

Marcel Wagner + Bernhard Burri decide to found a parent company. The new company Wagner + Burri Management Ltd. is founded. Marcel Wagner + Bernhard Burri hold each 50% of the shares.

Autumn 2011/Spring 2012

From autumn 2011 until spring 2012, the Wagner + Grimm AG in Malters has totally renovated the office building. The building, which was built in 1964, shines in a new light now!

Concentration of forces in Switzerland

Expansion of the production site in Malters and integration of the production site from Hittnau into the production in Malters.

In the changing global market is it important to have a strong location in the EU. We have decided to expand the production site in the Czech Republic (company Silveratech).
